We are seeking an AI Data Scientist to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to leverage Machine Learning, Generative AI, and advanced analytics to solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions in production environments. - Build and optimize predictive models using machine learning, deep learning, and statistical techniques. - Develop Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs, SLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation frameworks. - Apply NLP techniques for text analytics, information extraction, classification, and conversational AI use cases. - Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable AI products. - Contribute to Responsible AI initiatives, including explainability, AI governance, and guardrail design. Required Skills: - 4-6 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence. - Strong expertise in Python/R, Statistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP. - Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and Hugging Face. - Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS). - Strong understanding of the AI product development lifecycle, from experimentation to deployment and monitoring. - Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms. Location: India (Hybrid) Notice Period: Up to 30 days
