We're looking for a QA Engineer who enjoys getting deep into how a product actually works - and making sure it keeps working as the product grows.
At Tricura Insurance Group, you'll work across frontend, backend, APIs, infrastructure, and distributed systems to build automated coverage, investigate complex issues, and help our engineering teams ship with confidence.
🧪 Your work will include:
- Building and maintaining automated tests with Playwright + TypeScript
- Testing React frontends and Python/FastAPI backends
- Writing integration, E2E, and regression tests
- Investigating issues across APIs, queues, databases, and async workflows
- Integrating automated testing into CI/CD
- Improving testability and reliability alongside our engineering teams
- Using AI tools to accelerate test design, debugging, and investigation

We're looking for someone:
→ 5+ years of QA/software engineering experience
→ 2+ recent years focused heavily on automation
→ Strong TypeScript and/or Python skills
→ Experience testing APIs and backend/distributed systems
→ A track record of investigating technical problems independently
→ Fluent English communication
→ Based in Latin America
