We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead large, complex, and cross-functional initiatives in a global environment.
The ideal candidate is a strong project leader with extensive experience managing end-to-end project delivery, engaging senior stakeholders, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and driving results across business and technology functions. The successful candidate should be capable of navigating ambiguity, influencing without authority, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring successful project outcomes in terms of scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale projects or programs.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional and international project teams.
- PMP certification (or equivalent PMI certification).
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance processes.
- Experience interacting with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to challenge assumptions, influence decisions, and drive project execution in complex environments.
- Experience preparing executive-level reporting and project status communications.
- Fluency in English. Additional languages such as Portuguese or French are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience working in global organizations.
- MBA or advanced degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
