Lead the Latam expansion of BTG Pactual Empresas transactional products, taking payments, cards and checking account solutions to Uruguay, Colombia and Chile. Technical leadership role: define the architecture, guide squads and work end to end, from design to production. Location: São Paulo — Faria Lima, 100% on-site.

Requisitos

  • Solid experience in distributed systems architecture and scalable design
  • AWS (EKS, SQS, SNS, Lambda, API Gateway), PostgreSQL, DynamoDB/MongoDB
  • Strong OOP and engineering best practices (SOLID, Clean Architecture)
  • Advanced Spanish — you'll use it every week
  • Availability for international travel and eventual relocation
