Remote Technical Leader position for LATAM, focused on cloud and data/AI architecture on Microsoft Azure. Responsibilities and focus: - Lead through architecture and influence strategic technical decisions. - Guide and mentor technical teams, reviewing code in Python, SQL and PySpark. - Conduct client-facing technical discussions and stakeholder management. - Design Azure cloud architectures (networking, security, infrastructure). - Work with Databricks or Microsoft Fabric, Apache Spark / PySpark. - Design Generative AI architectures, RAG, Azure OpenAI and AI Foundry solutions. - Apply Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep) and CI/CD practices. Not a fully hands-on coding role: the focus is technical leadership, architecture and influencing decisions.

Requisitos

  • 7–10 years of experience in technology
  • Proven technical leadership in cloud and data architecture
  • Advanced Microsoft Azure expertise (cloud architecture, networking, security, infrastructure)
  • Experience leading client-facing technical discussions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence architectural decisions
  • Leadership mindset focused on technical excellence, mentoring and delivering business value
  • Databricks or Microsoft Fabric with solid Apache Spark / PySpark knowledge
  • Data & AI: Generative AI architectures, RAG, Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry
  • Terraform or Bicep, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD practices
  • Ability to review code and guide teams working with Python, SQL and PySpark
  • Advanced/essential English
