We are hiring for the Data & AI Engineering team.
We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist (3+ years) who can join immediately and has strong hands-on expertise in designing, building and deploying intelligent, production-ready solutions.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Databricks, Microsoft Azure services, Generative AI/LLMs and modern AI frameworks, along with the ability to rapidly experiment and prototype using vibe coding / AI-assisted development while maintaining strong engineering and production-quality standards.
Key skills and experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, including data processing, ML workflows and model development
- Design, develop and deploy traditional machine learning models such as regression, classification, clustering and forecasting solutions
- Hands-on experience operationalizing Generative AI and Agentic AI workflows using Large Language Models and orchestration frameworks like OpenAI Agents SDK and LangGraph
- Develop intelligent AI agents and pipelines that integrate with enterprise systems
- Manage the complete ML lifecycle using MLflow, Databricks Model Registry and Unity Catalog
- Extensive work on the Databricks platform for data processing, experimentation and model deployment
- Build AI-powered analytics and conversational insights using Databricks AI BI Genie
Work location: Bangalore / Hosur / Ahmedabad
