JetBrains is looking for a Customer Success Engineer – LATAM, based remotely in the US.
In this role, you’ll be a trusted technical advisor to our enterprise customers across Latin America, helping them adopt JetBrains products, advocating for their needs, and working closely with our Account Executives and Product teams.
You might be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in technical customer success or other customer-facing technical roles
- A strong software development, DevOps, QA, or IT background
- Hands-on knowledge of AI/LLMs in software development
- Fluency in English and either Portuguese or Spanish
